On Episode #81 of the Hockey Strength Podcast Ryan Garrow joins the show. Ryan is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont. He oversees programming for all varsity teams, including, of course, men’s and women’s ice hockey.
